Great location near public transportation, making it easy to get around and visit key attractions. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with all the amenities I needed for my trip. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms had a good bed and a big bathroom. The location, on a quiet street in a residential area, was perfect - just a short walk to the city center. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options, especially for those with a sweet tooth. a great stay at a reasonable rate.

Great location near the tram and walking distance to tourist spots. Modern and clean rooms, comfy beds, and cute staff. We had a warm stay, but the fan provided was helpful. I recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Edinburgh.

The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet street, very close to shops and only a few minutes walk from central attractions. It is conveniently located not far from the train station and close to the last tram stop from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfy, with modern amenities. The breakfast is adequate with lots of variety.
There is limited space in some rooms.

We found the hotel's location very convenient as it was easy to get to from Waverley station and close enough to the city centre. The staff were polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast with plenty on offer and was reasonably priced. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was also excellent.
